Practice Plus Group is a national community Ophthalmology provider, who have a mobile unit in Castleford (currently every Thursday), to deliver a fast-track macular service.
They are not commissioned by the ICB but practices in our area may wish to refer in to them having completed their own due diligence. |

Referral:
Practice Plus can accept referrals through the NHS e-Referral Service. Please note that when searching for a service to refer in to,
depending on the distance Practice Plus Group may/may not show – therefore you may need to increase the distance you are searching. |
Referral Criteria: Practice Plus only accept referrals for Wet AMD, DMO, vein occlusions and neovascular membranes associated with myopia. |
