Community Based Low Vision Service |

A community based low vision service is provided across the district by two optometry groups at a total of three locations.
The service is commissioned by Wakefield Integrated Care Board and is available from two providers in our area. Patients should have had a recent eye examination and have a Wakefield General Practitioner. |
